3. Contractor Matching Process

When you submit a service request through our website or contact form:

• Your information is shared with qualified contractors in our network
• Contractors will contact you directly to discuss project scope, pricing, and scheduling
• You are free to accept or decline any contractor proposal
• All agreements, estimates, and contracts are made directly between you and the contractor

4. No Guarantee of Contractor Performance

Stockton Swift Fix makes no warranties or guarantees regarding:

• The quality, timeliness, or outcome of work performed by referred contractors
• Contractor availability or response times
• Pricing, estimates, or final project costs
• Contractor licensing, insurance, or bonding status

You are responsible for:

• Verifying contractor credentials, licenses, and insurance before hiring
• Obtaining multiple quotes and checking references
• Reviewing and signing contracts directly with contractors
• Ensuring all necessary permits are obtained for your project in Stockton or San Joaquin County

5. Independent Contractors

All contractors referred through Stockton Swift Fix are independent businesses and are not employees, agents, or representatives of Stockton Swift Fix.

Each contractor is solely responsible for:

• Their own business operations, customer service, and work quality

• Payment terms, methods, and collection

6. Payment

7. Client Responsibilities

When using our referral service, you agree to:

• Conduct due diligence before hiring any contractor
• Handle all agreements, disputes, and payments directly with contractors
• Not hold Stockton Swift Fix liable for contractor performance or outcomes

8. Limitation of Liability

• Our liability is limited to facilitating introductions between customers and contractors
• We are not responsible for contractor negligence, poor workmanship, project delays, cost overruns, or breach of contract

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Stockton Swift Fix harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

• Services performed by contractors you hire through our platform
• Disputes between you and contractors
